Luncheon featuring Catherine A. Evans

Catherine A. Evans spoke at a Luncheon event on January 16, 2020.  Her topic was "Practical Ethics."  1 hour of Ethics CLE credit was available.

Catherine A. Evans is a senior research attorney for the Civil Division of the Orange County Superior Court. Prior to joining the Superior Court in 2016, she spent 30 years primarily representing employers and management in employment matters. During her career in private practice, she tried numerous matters to judgment while working as a litigator at Quinn Emmanuel, Reed Smith, Seyfarth Shaw, and Bryan Cave. Ms. Evans is identified as the primary or secondary attorney on several California appellate opinions. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Thomas Greene, District Judge for the United States District Court, District of Utah.
