The 15th Annual Orange County Religion & the Law Symposium was held on March 27, 2019 at Chapman University School of Law. The symposium featured Kristen Waggoner, lead counsel for Jack Phillips before the U.S. Supreme Court in the Masterpiece Cakeshop case. Kristen Waggoner is Senior Vice President for the Alliance Defending Freedom where she oversees its U.S. Legal Division, and has prevailed as lead counsel in eight U.S. Supreme Court victories. The topic was "It's About More Than the Cake: Where will the Supreme Court head after Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission?"
